We are honored to invite you to the JKA Empower Academy Summer Seminar, a unique opportunity to train under one of Canada’s most respected JKA instructors. This seminar will focus on authentic JKA standards in: • Kihon (Basics) • Kata (Forms) • Kumite (Sparring) Participants will also develop discipline, respect, strong character, and true karate spirit. This event is open to all karate practitioners and welcomes participants from different dojos and organizations.

9:00–10:00 → Orange & Up
10:00–11:30 → All Belts
12:30–1:30 → All Belts
1:45–2:45 → Orange & Up
3:00–4:00 → Grading
